I'm curious. My cat CiCi will often just sit next to where I'm standing, mainly in the kitchen or bedroom, and she'll just stare up at me for a period and then turn her head forward, and then back around to starting up at me again. I assume it's attention seeking behavior or pleas for food, but I have no idea if those assumptions are close. I just find it odd but if there's a potential reason behind it, I want to know. Do you have any knowledge on this behavior?

Cici is beautiful! What a lovely looking girl. She is likely curious as to what you are up to do, what you are doing, and trying to get attention from you. My cats love to come and watch me when I'm in the bathroom! It's a little bit creepy lol.
