Can my dog jump, play, or run with Pano? What exercise is safe?

In the article regarding Pano on this website, it said that dogs going through Pano should have their exercise reduced, however, this is a very subjective answer, could someone give me a more definite answer, such as, can I let my dog jump/play/run, etc? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 6 months and 1 day old | 61 lbs

Because episodes of it are very painful, I would not allow Nova run, jump, or play. Rest her as much as possible. Take her out to potty on a leash and bring her right back in when she's done. Once the episode has passed and she's no longer painful, she can return to her normal activity. I hope this helps!
