How do I stop my healthy, neutered cat from screaming all day?

Hello..i have a cat of 1 and a half year..since he came the first time he was very loud.and now he keep shouting and crying all day long for nothing..we tried everything.but nothing he scream so badly and scratch you..what should i do to make him stop screaming?i took him to the vet,he is in perfect health and he is neutred... It is too much more thn 9h a day scream. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 11 lbs

Mosi may be bored and frustrated. There are some things you can try at home. Set aside 30 minutes a day for vigorous play for him. Try giving him a food puzzle or kibble dispensing ball. Hide his food in various locations so he must find it. Try an interactive toy. Try a Feliway pheromone diffuser. Lastly, you may talk with his veterinarian about a trial of kitty Prozac if nothing else is helping. I hope this helps!
