I suggest you refer to this article: ( https://www.petcoach.co/article/vomiting-and-regurgitation-in-birds-common-causes/ ) An all seed diet is not recommended for any bird. I would suggest a change to a pelleted diet or nutri berries: ( https://www.amazon.in/Classic-Nutri-Berries-Parakeets-12-5-Tub/dp/B0002ARFN8/ref=sr_1_19?keywords=lafeber&qid=1563361804&s=gateway&sr=8-19 ) ( https://www.amazon.in/Lafeber-Company-Parakeet-Pellets-Pounds/dp/B0002ARF3I/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_2?keywords=lafeber+diet&qid=1563361518&s=gateway&sr=8-2-fkmr0 ) ( https://lafeber.com/pet-birds/questions/switching-from-seed-to-pellets/ ) ( https://lafeber.com/pet-birds/bird-types/?tx_bird-type=parakeet ) If your vet is not used to treating birds then you may want to try and find one that is. Vomiting/regurgitation is never normal in birds and I doubt it is from overeating.
