My 11-year-old Chihuahua is bleeding, black stool, won't eat. Help!

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | unspayed | 11 years and 6 months old | 6 lbs

I have an 11 yr old female I believe she is in heat but she is bleeding puddles none stop. She had black stool for 2 days but now she has not eaten or moved for 2 days. I have to move her around and bring her water so she will drink but no matter what I do or give her she will not eat. What should I do. She a Chihuahua

Those are not normal symptoms of a heat cycle. If Angel is bleeding profusely, having black or tarry stool and now won't eat or move, it is best to seek veterinary care from your vet or an emergency clinic ASAP.
