There are multiple causes of feather loss in avian species, some of which are associated to stress. Re-location, lack of sleep, change in routine can all lead to stress. But other causes include nutritional deficiencies, some viral disease, external parasites, metabolic disorders. Unfortunately it is going to be difficult to come to a specific conclusion without some diagnostics tests. There is no test for stress in birds. So try and lessen/eliminate perceived stress. Correct nutritional deficiencies. If the condition progresses, a veterinary visit is necessary. Good luck.
