My dog swallowed memory foam and is now sick. What should I do?

Hello I am very worried about my dog Oso he ripped up a memory foam pillow yesterday and now is acting like and looks like he is not feeling so good I am very worried because my cat Misty did something quite similar but she also swallowed some of the foam and after she had drank water the foam expanded and she was not able to pass it and she ended up dying. what should I do to help my dog? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 75 lbs

Oso needs to go to the veterinarian today for an exam and radiographs to check for an intestinal blockage. Intestinal blockages are fatal without treatment. The longer you wait, the worse this can get.
