My dog got stung by a bee, has hives. When should I call the vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | neutered | 7 years and 1 month old | 16 lbs

My dog got stung by ground bees he has hives on him. I gave him a cold bath and a benadryl what should I do?

If the symptoms don't seem to bad and if he isn't lethargic or having problems breathing just wait 2-3 hours, it should start getting better by then. in any case of respiratory problems or lethargy you must take him to the vet urgently.

    If he is eating and drinking and resting well then you can watch him for another 24 hours. He may be scared or feeling bad due to try allergic reaction he experienced. If he is not back to normal then I would take him to the vet
