My senior cat is suffering. How do I know when to say goodbye?

My 15 year old cat has arthritis and limping. Lately she has been eliminating everywhere. She vomits a couple times a month. She gets stressed when I leave, and I'm going to get married soon and move out. I don't know how she will do. I hate thinking about putting her down, but is it the right choice? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 15 years and 6 months old | 13 lbs
