My dog has kidney disease, drinks less, and is restless. Is this normal?

My dog precious was diagnosed 6 months ago with kidney diseases she’s 14 years old. She’s been drinking about 1litre a day but has suddenly dropped down to 200ml is this normal? She’s also restless getting up and laying in a different spot every 5 minutes.
