Is the white spot in my dog's eye after conjunctivitis serious?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 7 months old

May I know what us this in his eyes ? I can see some white thing he had conjunctivitis on 4 may 2019 and diagnosed in 14 may and treatment was done with eye drops till 24 th may and since then when I first timeput eye drops into his eye in 14 may I saw this white thing and is still there so what is it can It cause blind ness vet here didnt able to diagnose.....kindly help me in diagnosing the disease

The white you are seeing on the eye is a scar on the cornea from a previous injury. It should not cause blindness although it may obstruct his vision in just that one spot. It is not anything to be worried about.
