Why is my cat peeing often, licking, meowing, and missing litter box?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 13 lbs

My cat is urinating frequently and he is licking his crotch area frequently has been meowing frequently and urinated on the bed he has peed on the floor from scared which has never happened before

Emmit could have feline idiopathic cystitis or bladder stones. Feed him wet food and add water to it to flush his bladder. If he appears otherwise healthy and happy, eats and drinks plenty, you can wait until tomorrow morning to take him into a vet. If he appears lethargic, ill or distressed, he cries when urinating, tries to urinate but nothing comes out, or if the urine appears very bloody, then he should be seen by a vet ASAP. Best of luck.
