My dog's skin is irritated by Frontline Plus. How to stop scratching?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 25 days old | 51 lbs

I have given my dog frontline plus for tic repellent and it is really irritating his skin I know it says that it will do that but I cant stop him from scratching it and it is really bugging him to a point he is whining what can I do to help this

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Cash. If he is very uncomfortable, (but not displaying any other signs such as vomiting, diarrhea, muscle tremors) I would recommend bathing him with Dawn dish soap. This will remove the product from his skin and should provide him with some relief. Then he should follow up with his veterinarian tomorrow. If he is acting ill, you will need to seek emergency veterinary care for him tonight. I hope this information helps!
