My pregnant cat has brown discharge and is due soon. Is this normal?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

So twilight has a brown discharge what could it be she's due any day now too have the kittens

Hello. As long as she seems to be acting fairly normal, this is probably just a normal discharge as the cervix begins to dilate. She should start delivering kittens in the next 24-48 hours. If not, please see your vet to rule out the possibility of an infection. Hopefully all is normal & Twilight will have a beautiful litter soon.     If she is close to term, somewhere around 60-65 days, she may be starting to go into labor. If she isn't that far along, she might have an infection in her uterus and if she seems unwell, stops eating, has vomiting or diarrhea I would recommend taking her for an exam with your veterinarian.
