My dog suddenly has a stomach ache. What home remedies can I try?

Good evening, i have question about my dog. We left to eat around 4 and when we came back my dog was aching like he had stomache ache so i researched about dog stomaches and he had some symptoms but noy all. So, i was wo dering what would you recommend to me to do to make him feel better. We dont if he ate something because he was fine before we left the only thing we gave him was his regular food. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 11.4 lbs

Poor Oso. I would withhold food tonight, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice starting in the morning in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If he refuses to eat the bland diet, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
