My cat "Socks" is about 15 months old we noticed for the past couple days he has been coughing and sneezing a lot but just recently we've noticed that there are sprays of blood coming out when he coughs or sneezes what could this be caused by?

Socks could have irritation in his nasal passage, could have an upper respiratory infection, may have a fungal infection, or could have a growth or foreign body in there causing the blood. I would be concerned that potentially the blood could be coming from his lungs, making this more serious. I would take him into a vet immediately to get checked out.
