My dog keeps licking and biting under his tail and I looked and it was a small pea sized red circle that looked wet with a tiny bit of pus coming out right next to his bum hole. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 12 lbs
