My dog has a red ear. How can I make him comfortable until the vet?

My dog may have an ear infection it's a bit red, he is latharigic today and is hesitant to go down stairs. We have a vet appointment tomor row but I wanted to check and see if we can make him more comfortable until then. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 65 lbs

Poor Bugsy. Having him seen by a vet tomorrow is a good idea. Do not try any home remedies you may find in the internet, a lot of them are frankly dangerous! Just keep him warm and comfortable, make sure he is fed, and kept quiet.
