What safe spray stops cats from peeing on counters and stove?

We have 10 cats indoors due to a 2 litter rescue of sisters 2 weeks apart. All but 1 have been spay nurtured. No matter what I do they constantly pee in my counter tops and stove and Im so over it. I clean and disinfect daily. Is there anything SAFE that I can spray on surfaces to denture this. Oh FYI we have 6 litter boxes just in case it matters.

Thanks for the info about the litter boxes. Yes, it does matter! The rule is to have one litter box for each cat, plus one extra. So ideally, you should have 11 litter boxes.
