My spayed cat is stressed: meowing, rolling, peeing. What can I do?

My female 2 year old cat won't stop meowing and rolling on the floor, she will also occasionally pee on the sofa and other places, she is spayed and we have ruled out ovarian remnant syndrome and urinal tract infection. It may be stress but we don't know what to do about it.
