Is it okay my dog only walks every other day since he potties inside?

Earlier I had a gsd whi was very stubborn and if I have to go out for work like 6 days then theres a problem coz he does urine and potty on walk only so when I adopt bruno I grow him like in such conditions and also train him to do potty and urine inside toilet floor and now whenever he feels to do when he is home he goes to toilet floor himself so my concern like I take him out on walk once day for 30 minutes on alternate days so is this wrong what consequences can be seen in such cases like my.
