Dog's third eyelid showing after bath shampoo in eyes. What to do?

my dogs third eyelids are showing after having a shower and now he is having trouble opening his eyes. i assume it was some of the shampoo that got in his eyes but i've tried rinsing his eyes with water and it doesn't seem to be helping. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male | neutered | 30 lbs

Poor Harry. Yes, I agree that it could be he got some shampoo in his eye. Keep rinsing them with cold water, and if they are still bothering him in the morning, take him into the vet. Best of luck.
