What's wrong with my betta's fins? Cotton fin or torn from cleaning?

Pet's info: Fish | Betta | Male | 12 days old

I’m worried that my fish 1. Might have cotton fin(pics 1&2) 2. May have had a fin torn today during removal for tank cleaning (pic #3, problem not really visible, but that’s the area I’m concerned about)

Thanks for reaching out about Ember and including photos. Not sure if any lesion are recognized. If concerns continue, a veterinary visit is recommended for a possible skin scrape and microscopic exam. Maintain pristine water quality and provide a good diet. Good luck.
