How can I help my overweight Pug lose weight and reduce eye crust?

My Pug's weight is 12.2 kg, more than the required weight and she's pure veg. I feed her pedigree veg adult food 1 cup in evening and in morning wheat roti, so i need help in her diet and she gets more eye crust what should i do for it please help. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | 2 years and 1 month old | 2.4 lbs

Pavi only needs dog food, not the roti. Read the instructions on her bag of food, and feed her according to that. No treats, no roti, nothing else. Just dog food in the morning and night. Walk her at least twice a day for 30 minutes. That should help her lose weight.
