How can I tell if my female dog is drying up? She had puppies June 24, 2019, so it's only been 2.5 weeks since she had them. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 5 months old | 40.8 lbs

Weigh the puppies daily. They should be gaining weigh every day, and if they are not, then they are not getting enough milk and Heaven's milk may be drying up. In that case, you will need to bottle feed the puppies with puppy formula.
