Why is my dog's nose sore getting worse? What should I do?

Hello, my dogs name is Maya and about two days ago I noticed like a reaction type sore under nose and I was going to wait and see if it got better. It has definitely gotten worse and I am not sure what it is and what caused it. I have a picture that I am going to attach. Any advice will help. Thanks! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 165 lbs

Hello. This can be several things. She may have picked up a bacterial infection while rooting around in the soil. This could also be some kind of allergic reaction or possibly even an immune-mediated response. You should have your veterinarian check this out as the right diagnosis will led to the correct treatment ( if anything is necessary ), especially if it is getting worse.
