What are the best ways to keep my dog comfy on a 4-hour car ride?

Hello, next month we’re going on a 4 hour car drive and charlie’s with us, how can I make sure he is comfortable? (It’s his third time doing this route with us but i thought i’d ask anyway just to make sure i don’t forget anything) :). Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered

As long as Charlie likes car rides, your best option is to take him for a long walk or a game of fetch. The goal is to drain some of his energy so he is more calm and less anxious/excitable in the car.
