My conure is screaming, shaking, nippy, and has yellow poop. Vet?

My green cheek conure guzmo is suddenly screaming, shaking, and his droppings are yellowish and occasionally loose. Tonight he started to click and chatter at night. He is also suddenly more nippy. Should I take him to a vet? Pet's info: Bird | Conure | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 9 days old

Thanks for reaching out about Gizmo. It would be a good idea to seek the advice of a veterinarian. By the vocalizations, this could be an indication of pain. The yellowish stool most likely due to lack of food intake, but liver disease can lead to biliverdinuria (yellowish-green urates). See your veterinarian. Good luck.
