Dosage of Carprofen for a dog his size is about half of that, which means most chances it won't have a huge effect on him if he only had one pill of 75mg but do watch him for signs such as vomiting, lack of appetite and blood in the stools. if you notice any of those- take him to your vet immediately.

75 mg of carprofen is a normal daily dose for a 35 pound dog. So it depends how large your puppy is. If he is that big or bigger, then there is nothing to worry about... it won't affect him in any way. If he is less than 15 pounds then it does pose the risk of stomach ulcers. It is unlikely to affect the kidney at a single dose. You can monitor for any vomiting or diarrhea. Make sure he is eating well

No. This is not considered a significant overdose unless she has underlying kidney or liver issues. A daily dose of Carprofen for a 25 pound dog is 50mg; 75mg is not that significant. She will probably be just fine. Of course, if you are worried, there is no harm in taking her to an emergency vet. Ultimately it is up to you though. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
