Just noticed my dog has a small bump towards the back end/ back leg area. She is acting odd and is favoring that back leg. Her tail is between her legs and lacks spunkiness. There is a small tiny black dot on the bump as well. I slightly squeezed it and shows a tad of black coming out of the hole.

This is very likely to be a sebaceous cyst but this lump/growth should be ideally examined by your veterinarian to have a definitive diagnosis. Your vet will examine it and possibly perform with an FNA (fine needle aspiration) or a biopsy. Differentials would include skin cyst, infections or benign or malignant type of tumors.
