If you are using potty pads in the bathroom to train Bruno it should be OK to let him go on there if it is unsafe for him to go outside. Otherwise, making an area in your yard or back porch if you have one can give him an area to go potty outside to continue training. If you just let him go potty anywhere without a schedule, it may confuse him some and set back his training schedule, so sticking to a schedule as best you can around the bad weather conditions is best. Dogs amount of sleep will vary, however it is normal for a three month old puppy to have periods of active playtime for about an hour followed by a few hours of nap as long as he is otherwise eating, drinking, and acting healthy.
