My cat is shaking and lethargic after deworming. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 7 months and 27 days old | 2.2 lbs

Cat : We went for deworming So the doctor gave him injection for a dewormer and an antibiotic injection. My cat is just 1 kg . After reaching home he started shaking. And after 6-7 hour he is lethal. He is not eating . Nor getting up just lying with open eyes . And the breathing rate is decreased

I'm sorry to hear about Nylon. If he was just recently treated and is now having a severe reaction to the treatment it is best to contact the vet that treated him and bring him back in for care immediately. They may need to place him on IV fluids or other measures to reverse any reactions and get him recovering. If your current vet is not available, seeking out an emergency vet in your area is best.
