My dog ate something bad and has a hard, painful stomach. What to do?

Bella, my six year old Maltese mix has eaten something bad and has stomach ache now, her tummy is really hard now. What can I do to help her with her pain? She's sleeping only, but after five minutes she stands up and goes to our room. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 1 month old | 4 lbs

I have no idea what over the counter medications you have available to you in Germany that you could possibly give her. I suggest you just leave her be and call your vet for a recommendation when they are open. Do not give her anything to eat for 6-8 hours but access to water is fine. Her stomach and GI tract need a bit of time to rest.
