My kitten lost a baby tooth and won't eat. How should I feed him?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 14 days old | 4.85 lbs

Pelly had his one teeth fallen today. He refused his morning meal as well but still playful. I opened his mouth theres no bleeding, only the tooth cavity visible. Is there anything to do or any specific way to feed him. Please advice. Thanks!!

No there is nothing specific to be done, at this age cats loose their baby teeth and it can happen that the appetite is affected very shortly. try to offer him wet kitten food, he may have pain trying to eat dry food.
