Typically once a dog gets parvo and recovers from it, they will never get it again. It's a remote chance it could happen, but it could also be Norah has a foreign body, has internal bleeding, or got into something toxic like rat poison causing these symptoms. Pale gums are very serious, I would take her into a vet immediately.

If Norah hasn't gotten into anything poison, it could be she has a foreign body, hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, or giardia. Without seeing her in person, I can't say if she will be ok or not, and with the pale gums, I do think it's best she sees a vet immediately instead of trying to treat this at home by yourself.
