My cat just gave birth. Is some blood and not cleaning normal?

Cat just gave birth to 6 kittens. It's her first litter. Everything seems fine, she is now nursing them. But I spotted a certain quantity of blood (not much, just stuck to her legs and in the blanket. In the blanket there are some spots of blood too, but not much. I was wondering if it's normal? She cleaned herself mid labor but she's still pretty dirty and she's just laying there and nursing her kitties, she's not cleaning up her legs and paws... Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 2.4 lbs
