Should I give LC Vit to both my sick and healthy Labrador puppies?

Hello. I have 2 Labrador puppies at 6 weeks of age. The brown one seems a little lethargic and has difficulty breathing. It seems like she has a cold and sometimes I catch her 'choking' or trying to cough. The black one seems fine. They had their deworming the other day and now they were given 5in1 shots. I asked the vet regarding the brown one's condition and he prescribed LC Vit multivitamins 1mL per day. I was not sure if it was for the brown dog only or should I also give it to the black one. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 10 days old

I would encourage you to check in specifically with your veterinarian who prescribed it as they would know best. It sounds like though that it was prescribed for the brown dog.
