My dog found something on the ground while walking. Is it safe to eat?

while walking charlie i found this on the floor (looks like peas). do you think it’s better to avoid it until it’s cleaned? i’m not sure how they got there but i’d assume someone throws it out of the window because it’s not uncommon to find stuff there unfortunately (like a bone and other things). Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered

Some things can be harmful to pets (like onions, garlic, raisins, and grapes) and you don’t want Charlie to get into those things. Some things can also cause vomiting and diarrhea and you don’t want Charlie to get sick. Good luck and kisses to Charlie!
