Dog hit head, severe symptoms, now playing. Should I be concerned?

My dog hit his head and started shaking and kept loosing his balance also he couldn't breath and he looked like he was going to die but he seems okay 10 minutes later he's playing and jumping around should I be concerned?? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 5 months old | 20 lbs

I think you should just keep a close eye on him for the next 24-48 hours. If he shows no signs of illness then I wouldn’t be worried. If he starts acting abnormal at all then you should get him to a vet for an exam.
