How long does it take/last for Sentinel Spectrum to kill off worms? It has 57 mg of praziquantel, 5.75 mg of Milbemycin Oxime, and 115 mg of Lufenuron. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 17 days old | 12 lbs

It should start killing worms within 24 hours. Penny will need another dose of it in two weeks to kill all the worms. This is due to the life cycle of worms. There will be eggs that will not have hatched yet at the time of the first deworming, so another needs to be given in two weeks to kill those when they do hatch. I hope this helps!
