My dog ate dead bird meat. Is she at risk for botulism or sickness?

My dog might have eaten a little piece of dead bird meat from outside??? If it was the size of a pea & was out for approximately 3 weeks, is she going to get botulism??! What should I do?! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 18 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The only thing I would be concerned about would be some vomiting or diarrhea in the next 24-48 hours just because it won’t sit in her stomach well. Otherwise I wouldn’t worry. Kisses to Kalli
