My 8-week puppy ate a dead mouse. Is he safe without second shots?

Hi we think my 8 week old pup may have just eaten part of a dead mouse bought in by neighbouring cat , his not had his 2nd jab is this ok. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 2 months and 2 days old

It depends on how/why the mouse died. If it ate poison and then died this can be a real problem. If the cat killed the mouse and that is why it is dead then this may not be an issue. There is no way I can guarantee Stanlee will be fine. I can tell you that him not having his second set of shots yet has no correlation to eating the mouse - he would not get any of those diseases by eating a mouse. He can however get an upset stomach or an intestinal obstruction from eating it.
