My cat bites carrier. Can teeth break? How to calm him for a move?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Male | 3 months and 22 days old

I have to move to another house for tow weeks, I am so worry about my cat because he doesn’t like the changes, what should I do for him ? The second problem is : I had brought him a carrier and I had put him inside it, he started to bite the carrier’s iron door and it’s so tough on his teeth I am afraid that he broke his teeth, is this possible? I am sorry for my weak language and thanks.

Yes, the can sure break their teeth biting on the cage. I cannot tell if this happened without examining him myself. You would need to have a vet examine him in person. I don't know if these things are available in Saudi Arabia or if it is possible for you to purchase from Amazon in the U.S. and have it shipped to you. 1.
