My dog on antibiotics has a leg wound, bloody stool, and bad smell. What's causing it?

Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 2 years old

Tesha as been to vets with a hole in her leg they had a put hee on antibiotics she as had some blood I her poo but there is a bad smell and I don't no were it is coming from could it but her leg wound she is up to date with her injections and is still eating and drinking

The bad smell could be coming from Tesha's anal sacs. They may be impacted. But it could be from the hole in her leg, but she's on antibiotics to prevent infection. Keep a close eye on her, and if you still smell a bad smell in the morning have her seen by a vet. Best of luck.
