Why is my bunny's eyelid popping out and bloody? Is it cherry eye?

Hi, I have a almost 2 year old bunny, and yesterday I came home to his eyelid popping out and blood around his eye. I took a warm damp cloth and cleaned his eye right away. This is the first time I have seen it. The pictures are from today, which is a big difference from yesterday but I'm still concerned. Is this cherry eye? Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 10 months old | 20 lbs
