Why is my cat's stomach puffy? Could it be a hernia or injury?

Hi, my cat Ringo just back home after 3 days , I notice his stomach is puffy i made my search on the web then i think it might be a hernia . please i need help asap. Thank you.

This could be due to a trauma, an hernia or a severe skin infection. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
