Why is my budgie still vomiting after a month with no improvement?

Jene is vomiting a lot. It’s been more than a month. We took him to regular vet but there is no improvement.

Thanks for reaching out about Jene and including a photo. Have there been any diagnostics performed? Radiographs might help determine if ingestion of heavy metals (zinc, lead), infections, metabolic disease (liver, renal) and intestinal impactions. Blood work could help with the diagnosis or infection or renal/gonadal disease. All of these are common conditions in budgieregars. Good luck.
