Did my dog sense an earthquake? She cried and barked right before it.

Question

Daisy was crying and barking all day today, when I would go outside she would be completely happy and playful. At first I thought it was because of the fire works, we felt a big earthquake and as soon and it stopped daisy stopped crying. Could it be that she had a sense ? A couple of secs before the earthquake she was crying soo loud, scratching at the door wanting to go outside. Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Female | spayed

I am a firm believer that animals can sense things before us. Definitely can be from that. I would watch her behavior and see if it happens again and if there is another earthquake.
