Poor pup! Labs are notorious for eating things they should not, and she could have a foreign body causing her symptoms. It could also be she has a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, or could have pancreatitis. Since she is not eating or drinking as well as vomiting, I would take her into a vet now. Best of luck.

Throwing up can have many causes. It is basically a problem with the stomach and intestines caused by a food over sensitivity, eating something that does not agree with the dog, intestinal parasites, bacterial infection, viral infection, the weather, food change, stress, a blockage etc. I would fast your dog for 12 hours and then put her on bland food for two days, such as boiled white rice and boiled white boneless chicken meat, fed in small quantities over several feeds and then transition back to her regular food slowly over a few days. If the vomiting does not stop or increases, or if she gets lethargic, she needs to see a veterinarian for an exam as there may be something more serious such as an infection and especially an intestinal blockage or obstruction going on.

I would have June seen by a vet in the morning. It's concerning that she has been throwing up for the past three days, and that tells me she is sick. The vet can diagnose what is causing her vomiting, and can treat her. Best of luck.
