French Bulldog diarrhea, low energy, vet found nothing. What to do?

Hello I have a French bulldog it’s been about 2 months and he has been having diarrhea nonstop he’s eating regularly (he’s on GI prescription food) he’s been normal but I can tell he doesn’t have as much energy , went to the vet everything was done Fecal sample blood X-ray and nothing was shown ,they may see something in the X-ray but it’s not 100% clear IF there isn’t anything on the X-ray and all the results DID NOT show anything (results came back with nothing) What can it be ?

It can be IBD among other things, the next step would be a specialist ultrasound, if no definitive diagnosis is obtained after the ultrasound the last resort step is surgery to take samples from the intestines for histological analysis.
